Sandhill Crane Migration
Rick and I traveled to the North Platte River near Grand Rapids NE to stay in a blind to watch the Sandhill Crane migration. 200 thousand cranes stop in a small section of the Platte river to graze in the fields and re-fuel before continuing to their arctic breeding grounds.
