Hot Pot

Ryan, Kelly, and Mingfeng joined Rick and I for a hot pot!
Daikon, tofu, sweet potatoes, dumplings and cilantro are all floating in the broth, thinly sliced roast and tofu skin to the side

SOO yummy!
